de Bagnara sits on a hill overlooking the wide
expanses of the northern Tiber Valley. Just 18
km north of Perugia it is an area of outstanding
natural beauty. The estate is made up of three
historical buildings sitting in 590 hectares of
land of natural reserve dotted with small lakes,
brooks and medieval castles.
The Tower
which is divided into three large and well appointed
apartments; The Knight, The Lady, The Vassal.
The apartments have all been furnished with 19th
century furnishings, well appointed kitchens,
fireplaces, barrel vaulted ceilings, terracotta
floors, and independent heating systems.
The Estate
consists of ; Saint Quirico Parish House which
houses a private restaurant for guest use and
the Quirico House which hosts the reception and
has rooms for tasting the estates products. There
is a large panoramic cascading swimming pool with
a fountain and large wooden shelter.
