town. The entire villa has undergone a high quality
restoration and has been divided into several
apartments. The property has a private chapel
and adjacent restored farmhouse and is set on
15 hectare of farmland with olive groves and tall
pines.
This
beautiful umbiran apartment has a small private
garden with passage through the kitchen as well
as an entry through the main foyer of the villa.
Living room with sofa bed, satellite TV. Large,
roomy kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher. Matrimonial
bedroom and en-suite bath with tub. Second twin
bedroom with adjacent bath with tub and double
sinks.
Small laundry room.
The
large swimming pool with bathroom, shower and
changing room is set down below in the garden
from where there are spectular views of the countryside.There
is no telephone but the owners supply a cell phone
for guest’s use. Guests are only asked to
replenish
the call card in case of use.
