romantic Italian farmhouse (Casale) which dates
back to the 16th century. The restoration of the
Casa Spoleto farm house was done in keeping with
the charm of the region and the structure. Comfortable
and stylish antiques enhance the décor.
The Casale has been divided into 2 welcoming houses
boasting gorgeous view over the rolling hills
and olive groves of Spoleto, making it the ideal
vacation destination for large families or couples
traveling together.
The house is divided into two separate living
quarters: La Pergola and L’Olivo.
A small covered patio with stone pizza oven leads
you into La Pergola. This part of the farm house
consists of a beautiful well equipped Italian
kitchen; an expansive living room with stone fireplace,
dining room seating 10, powder room. There is
direct access to the terraced garden with nice
pergola and patio area and a breathtaking view
of Umbria’s rolling hills.
The
first floor consists of a double bedroom with
queen-size bed and en-suite bath with shower.

There is another bedroom with queen-size bed and
a double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bath.
A
separate walkway leads you into the patio area
and private garden of L’Olivo. There is
a superb view over looking the private olive grove,
surrounding countryside and the ruin of a medieval
castle. This part of Casa Spoleto consists of
a large living room with sitting and dining area
and kitchenette. There is a double bedroom with
twin beds that leads to a private patio area and
part of the garden. There is also a double bedroom
with queen-size bed that has direct access to
the main garden. Both rooms share a spacious bathroom
with tub.
The
farm house has a well maintained garden ; wood
burning stove (pizza oven) and ample garden furniture.
