13C town house offers you all the charm of an
Umbrian borgo combined with modern living. The
house has been furnished to a very high standard
that aims to provide todayâ?Ts comfort whilst
retaining the charm and authenticity of a 13 C
house â?" open fire, wooden beams and
authentic terracotta tiles et al.
Everything within is new. The house provides comfortable
accommodation for four people having a large double
bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds.
A sofa bed in the lounge area provides an additional
sleeping space.
This delightful house still retains its original
fireplace and surround, with the balcony providing
a welcome setting to enjoy the surrounding countryside
not to mention the odd aperitivo or two. Leading
from the lounge you will find a new country style
kitchen with fridge, cooker, hob and a washing
machine. It comes with all necessary utensils
such as pots and pans, a kettle and a coffee percolator
for real Italian coffee.
The bathroom is also newly fitted with a shower,
toilet and large mirror. There are no hidden costs.
Wood, central heating, unlimited hot water as
well as linen, towels etc will be included in
the rental.
