is graced by a gorgeous pergola that covers the
entire front patio. Making it an ideal place to
sit and enjoy a glass of wine and take in the
breathtaking views of the distant hills of Todi
and Perugia .
Le
More consists of a main house and a separate tower
that dominates the valley below.
The main house is well furnished and sleeps 6.
The ground floor has a sitting room, dining room,
bathroom, a comfortable sitting room with TV and
fireplace and a large spacious well-equipped kitchen.
The
first floor consists of two spacious double bedrooms
with queen-size beds. One of the rooms has a romantic
fireplace. There is a single bedroom and a bedroom
with a full size bed. There is a large bathroom
with sauna and a smaller bathroom with shower.
Located
5 meters from the main villa and with panoramic
views, the guest tower is ideal for those that
are traveling in groups or larger families.
The
ground floor has a sitting area with fireplace,
and a room with a sofa bed that is ideal for older
children. There are two single beds in the tower;
one on the ground floor and one on the second
level. No heating in the tower .There is a spacious
garden with a gazebo and a pool (4x8 m, min 1.60
up to max 1.90 m deep) that is opened from May
through September. There is an outdoor shower
and comfortable garden furniture. This Umbrian
holiday home also has an outdoor brick pizza oven,
organic orchard, laundry facilities as well as
many other amenities making this Assisi villa
an ideal vacation destination.
