Vigna is situated in the rolling hills of Umbria
and offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
The house has been restored in traditional Umbrian
fashion and has been designed with terracotta
tiles, wood beam ceilings and decorated with comfortable
antiques. Casa Vigna is a dual level house that
has been designed to nestle into the hillside.
The
Ground floor allows for direct access to the garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens
onto a covered terrace furnished with table and
chairs for dining "al fresco". There
is a spacious dining room, a sitting room with
fireplace both with garden access. The ground
floor also has a single bedroom and a bath with
shower.
The first floor opens onto the upper garden. There
is one double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite
bathroom with shower, one double twin bedroom
with fireplace and en-suite bathroom with tub
and one double bedroom with queen bed and full
bath.
The tower hosts a study with sofa bed and bath
with shower

Vigna offers and expansive garden with a 5.5 x
11 m pool which uses oxygen(no chlorine)
There
is an electric gate which leads to the property.
The property is open to the countryside and not
